HIGH SCHOOL SHADOWING DAY

My first impression of the English classroom was inviting. Class 1 had 35 students, Class 2 had 24 students, and Class 3 had 36 students on A days and on B days 35 students. Fifth hour the teacher does not have a class. She has prep . I learned a lot like what Read 180 was and what to do in the Read 180. The teacher had help in her second hour class for Read 180. I learned about poetic devices, figurative language practice, and types of rhyme. I got to read the LIFE poem to the second hour class.

The teacher does not give out homework. The teacher does not have a discipline plan. Would I describe this teacher as inviting? Yes I would describe this teacher as inviting because the teacher likes her job and likes teaching her subject(s).

Future Teacher Academy 1.

Hi my name is Samantha Tiller .The kids call Me MISS. SAMANTHA. I am in a class at Peoria High School called Future Teachers Academy 1. I am going to be working at Santa Fe Elementary with a 5th Grade Teacher on Tuesdays and Wednesdays . All day shadowing day at the high school will be on August 28,2009 .
